Newark Natural Foods carries organic fruits and vegetables, grains, bulk foods and a large selection of grocery staples. We offer free-range meats and eggs, along with a wide selection of Gluten-Free, Dairy Free, Vegetarian and Vegan alternatives. With a large vitamin and supplement section and knowledgeable staff, you can receive personalized customer service when choosing a vitamin or supplement. Fourth Friday Drumming Circles & Music Jam

Focus will mostly include African and Mideast rhythms, but all drumming is welcome. Participants are asked to bring a drum or other percussion instrument. Melody instruments (such as flute, clarinet, etc.) are also welcome, as are dancers if room allows. Open to everyone and children should be accompanied by their parents. There's no fee to participate, but donations are always appreciated. NAA membership is not required. No advance registration needed, just come to the NAA on the night of event.
