Special Orders
Special order request forms may be used for items we do not normally carry and full case orders.
♦ For Grocery items, the minimum order is one case (or one 25- or 50-pound bag, in the case of grains, dry beans, etc.). There is no minimum order for most Health and Beauty items.
♦ Most orders arrive within one to two weeks. We will contact you when your order arrives. Orders will be held at our Customer Service counter for two weeks. We may not be able to process all orders. In the event that your order cannot be filled, we will contact you. Note: We do not ship orders - all orders must be picked up at our store.
♦ Co-op members receive a 10% discount on most full case orders. See details below.

♦ Grocery: 10% discount on most full case orders. Special order must be placed to receive discount.
♦ Beauty: 10% discount on 3 units of the same item for items we normally carry. For items we do not normally carry, 10% discount on 3 units of the same item or a full case order (depending on the product - please check with the Beauty Department). Special order must be placed to receive discount.
♦ Health: 10% discount on any 3 items, mix and match. No special order form needed if mixing & matching; if purchasing 3 units of the same item, please place a special order.
