Newark Natural Foods Board of Stewards Vacancy 

We need great Board members to help steer our Cooperative to success!  We are currently seeking to fill the remainder of a three-year Board term (through Fall 2015), to replace a great Steward who has recently resigned.  Potential candidates should be passionate about the local food economy, healthy living,  and willing to dedicate a portion of time to the governance process.  The Board of Stewards meets monthly, and members are encouraged to be active on committees or at Co-op events. This is a volunteer commitment, but we still need dedicated candidates who are willing to commit their time and energy!  Stewards are compensated with a 15% discount in the store during the term of their service.
